Blessing of the Backpacks

(During the 9:30 Contemporary Service)
Students are invited to bring their backpacks to the altar as we begin a new school year. Together, we’ll gather around them, extend our hands in prayer, and ask for God’s blessing. It’s a powerful tradition that reminds our kids they are loved, supported, and surrounded by a church family that cares. Families, teachers, administrators, and church members are encouraged to participate too!
